Work
Founder’s delivery record.
The work below was delivered by Praldo’s founder under previous engagements, not by Praldo as a company. Clients are under non-disclosure agreements and are described by sector only. Where a number is marked measured, it was measured; the rest are left out rather than estimated.
01
Bid and tender evaluation agent
The problem
Every tender meant a buyer reading a stack of vendor proposals and hand-building a comparison across commercial terms, technical fit and supplier due diligence. Roughly 500 tenders a year, each one done from scratch.
What was built
An agent reading proposals straight out of SharePoint and producing the comparison inside M365 Copilot. Eleven Power Automate flows, four model prompts, caching, and OCR for documents past the platform’s size limit. Scaled across 500 to 2,000 project folders.

02
Nine-agent programme
The problem
Nine separate document- and policy-heavy processes across justice and education functions, each absorbing specialist time on retrieval and drafting rather than judgement.
What was built
Procedure governance, a search engine over a large rulings archive, budget monitoring, strategic dashboards, academic policy, curriculum, assessments and reporting — built as one programme on a shared architecture rather than nine unrelated tools.
03
Travel booking assistant on WhatsApp
The problem
Staff booking flights and hotels through a process that required a desktop, a portal and a working knowledge of the travel policy.
What was built
A conversational assistant on WhatsApp calling live flight and hotel APIs, with policy checks in the loop, so the booking happens in the channel people already use.
04
Insurance programme analyser and governance minutes assistant
The problem
Two long-document problems in one institution: comparing insurance contracts and programme terms across renewals, and turning governance meetings into minutes that survive scrutiny.
What was built
Two agents over the same document infrastructure — one extracting and comparing contract terms, one drafting minutes traceable back to what was actually said.
A note on the numbers
Only the first case carries measured figures, because only the first case has run long enough in production to produce them. The other three are described by what was built and how far it got, with no invented benefit attached.
A fuller written version of these cases, with delivery detail, is available on request after a first conversation. It is not published here because the detail gets closer to identifying the clients than the agreements allow.
