Praldo designs and builds AI agents and automation that reach production, inside the systems our clients already run. We work with mid-sized companies across Europe — the ones large integrators price out and small agencies cannot carry through to production.
What we do, and what we don’t
We build

- Getting a stalled internal prototype the rest of the way to production

- Supplying developers by the day
- Intranets, migrations, device management
- AI strategy decks with nothing built at the end
- Website chatbots
Where the experience comes from
Praldo was founded in 2026 out of several years of delivering production AI agents for enterprise and government organisations — bid and tender evaluation, document intelligence over large archives, governance and reporting — built inside clients’ own Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, in competition with the large system integrators.
That work is described on the work page, by sector rather than by name, because the clients are under non-disclosure agreements. Praldo exists to bring the same standard of delivery to companies that cannot absorb an integrator’s price or timeline.

We are not a fifty-person consultancy, and we do not present as one.

The people who scope the work build it. Nothing is sold by one team and delivered by another.

Additional engineers come in under contract for the work that needs them, and you are told who they are.
Nothing depends on memory
Every build follows a documented pipeline and is handed over written down, running in your own environment.
